How can i execute Caps/Num Lock turn on/off in debugging mode???

Suppose, Cap/Num Locks is on in first to keyboard.
When my code is debugging mode, is shown Cap/Num is on.
But after when i pressed the Cap/Num Locks direct keystroke to keyboard(i.e.: off), in that time how do i solve the problem to output result is off???

Please help me any instruction....
