i want regular expression that allowed only 6 digit & not allowed leading zero like
0,01 but allowed 10,20 & only allowed 111111 (6 digit).

This is a bit rough, because you don't describe it well:

[1-9][0-9,]{0,5}

Get a copy of Expresso [^] - it's free, and it examines and generates Regular expressions.
