Hi,
I have to do some experiment by storing some photographic image and SMS on the android disk and then to delete them and then to retrieve that photograph from the disk image using emulator. I have got the following link which discusses about android virtual device:

https://developer.android.com/studio/run/managing-avds

Can some body please provide more insight on this?
What is the purpose of creating this AVD?
How can I store photographic image and SMS on this AVD?
& how can I retrieve them using Android Emulator once they are deleted?

Zulfi.

What I have tried:

I have got the above link but I am not sure if I am going in the correct direction or not?

"What is the purpose of creating this AVD?"

This is the emulator (i.e., Android Virtual Device).

"How can I store photographic image and SMS on this AVD?"

The same way you would on an actual device.

"& how can I retrieve them using Android Emulator once they are deleted?"

There is no "recycle bin."

The link is more than adequate. Time to put in some sweat.
