Server Side Validations are working on Local but not working on server why?

Hi,
I am facing a problem when i upload my build code on server then server side controls like RequiredfieldValidator, CompareValidator are not working there. Please suggest me wht is the problem??

Not Working mean it is gng to postback without validation and submitting data. Local is okay but on server there is no Alert Message after click on submit button.
