how to append parent url with the redirected url?

Request.UrlReferrer has all the information about the parent URL.
For example, Request.UrlReferrer.AbsoluteUri provides the absolute URL of parent.

Check and use as per your need.
Reference: MSDN: HttpRequest.UrlReferrer Property [^]
string CurrentURL = Request.Url.AbsoluteURI.ToString();
From this you can trim till your desired folder where you page needs to be redirected
