Ftp Hosting of asp.net

I created a simple website and I wanted to host it.

When I open the project in visual studio 2010 and then go to website- copy website and give the ftp address, username and password and copy the file I am getting the following error.

Copy from 'C:\Data\BegASPNET\Site' to 'ftp://MaryAbraham.somee.com' started at 7/5/2012 11:25:39 PM.
Unable to add folder 'About' to the Web site. Cannot create folder "About".
Copy from 'C:\Data\BegASPNET\Site' to 'ftp://MaryAbraham.somee.com' is finished. Completed at 7/5/2012 11:25:44 PM.

Has anybody hosted the site in somee.com.

Pl. help me I am a fresher in asp.net.

First, there is not such thing as "FTP hosting". FTP is just one kind of services you have from your hosting provider. Second, if you have problems accessing your site, this problem can resolve your hosting provider and nobody else. All providers should have some customer support.

But first, check up what's going on: if the sub-directory About already exists in the directory you are working at, what is your permissions, etc. Perhaps you will need some decent FTP client with GUI. There is a number of products which are good enough and will give you as much information on the problem as the FTP server can give you.
