Get a book on C++, and read it starting from the beginning. Do all the exercises.

Any C++ book should be fine as long as you avoid those with multiple exclamation marks or "in xxx days" in the title.

Trying to learn a programming language (especially one as complex as C++) by looking at one bit at a time randomly is a very bad way to do it - you will miss far too much that is important. For example, you would have learn how you can write a data structure.
