How to consume WCF service using java Script?

Hi all,
I am trying to consume a WCF service using Javascript with HTML for windows phone mobile Application.
While Consuming the WCF service getting error as "bad request"

note :i am using IE9 browser so no browser issues,
please let me know where i did mistake and Suggestion also would be appreciated,
