I developed a website in using c# in Visual Studio 2008. I hosted it locally in IIS. It works fine when the internet connection available. If there is no internet connection, the page is downloaded into the system and not displaying the page contents in browser. How can I correct this?
Thank you...

Is it possible you are trying to connect to a db server or some other server and can't?

Have you tried making another very basic simple web app and putting that on your IIS to see if that works?

1 solution

First check in what Application Pool you are running your app, then go to your app pools and select it, click advanced settings and and look for the <<Identity>> property, that property should be in local system or ApplicationPoolIdentity.

I guess that with this it'll work
