No,In the document they explained about the Content Items and the Parts.But how to use these to achieve the user creation page.

What do you mean "no". Read the documentation. This is not a "how to program" site. What have you tried? What errors are you getting? Where is the code that demonstrates your problem? What did N2CMS say when you asked them about their product?
