java.sql.SQLException: operation not allowed: streams type cannot be used in batching

I'm trying to insert a stream of data using a CKEditor [CKEditor ] in JSP using Spring MVC(3.0.2) and Hibernate 3.2.1 to a Clob type field of Oracle 10g database. It throws the following exception.

Tried on Google for a long time but to no avail. Do you have a precise idea about how to solve it? My Oracle driver version is ojdbc14.
