I don't know what "comportable" means...

The long and short of it is that the only way to really convert it is to do it by hand. Back in the late 80's I was writing code in pascal. When we moved to C++, we just rewrote the code, using the legacy Pascal code as a guide for the core business logic. It was the easiest way to do it.

PtoC will apparently convert Pascal to C++. There are many such tools out there to convert between programming langauges, you just have to search for them on Google. However, they are usually imprecise, so you have to fix up the result afterward. The best way to convert is to learn each programming language you want to convert between and do the conversion manually.
