Share Google calendar to group of peoples

I need to send reminder from Google calendar for a group of people and also want to share that Google calendar to group of people.

Now I can receive reminder mail for myself but I need to send that event reminder mail to group of people. Is it possible? Is there any sample code it is very helpful? So someone please help me
