Do you think anybody would be able to paste a complete project that does what you want here? What's wrong with links? Did you search for sample projects online?

Why won't you understand, that nobody will give you such solutions? First of all, there is really useful information on the web, you just have to search with google or bing or whatever you like. You could get almost everything you need just by proper searching. Secondly, you are flooding this site - disregarding the rules, and I suppose you will be banned soon.
I am sorry, but I for myself will ignore your post in the future.

Forget about "Create Chat" in your site.
Best solution for u is just google for any 3rd party Chat plugins and Add and Customize them to ur site.
