I want to connect two computer through cross wire connection from ip address, username, password by C# programming.

suppose i have one pc which is connected through lan cable and in this pc have one folder is shared and i am access this folder via known ip address(first pc), username(first pc), password(first pc) through C# programming

Study socket programing for that.
You should describe what you what to do after connecting them.
There are many ways to connect to machines
