I would like to create a site dynamically for the new client thru asp.net which is similar to how we do in Sharepoint.

Please let me know the possiblities.

What about using Windows SharePoint Services 3.0[^], Umbraco[^] or DotNetNuke[^]?

We don't have any expertise in using it and also don't have licensed versions to use it hence we would like to implement it thru ASP.NET.
