problem in parent&child menu dotnetnuke 6

Hi ,
I have done one website using dnn6 in that i have one parent menu with some child menu's. My problem is i cant able to see my parent&child menu in user view it is visible only on admin view i dnt know why? i also changed the permission in pagesetting.... i checked only the allusers(view page) in that permisssion....

If any one plz help me to solve this issue....
