Rolled back setup is not able to delete files from specified location

Hi All,

I have an issue in setup project. Following are steps that i followed -
1. Start setup file.
2. Click on Next --> click on Next --> click on Next.
3. Now setup dialog will show 1st progress bar for installation. Now again 2nd progress bar will start.
4. Click on Cancel, when 2nd progress bar will completed 70-80% of installation. The installation will be rolled back.

Now observe the path from 2nd step. The created folder is not deleted. Note: This folder is created on C:\Program Files\...

How can resolve this issue? ideally it should delete while step 4 is executing.
