features of management software

hie. coders.
This question a based on experience. I just want to know. What to include in a management software of shop. I am planning to building a shop management software. But i am a newbie so i dont know much about designing.
Can you suggest some best managment software based on C# from that i can inspire and add that feature in my software and i will enhance my software look. Means GUI. And will enhance features. Can anyone help me in this

Best advice I can give you is to use Google and to talk in person with shop owners/managers/employees you know.

Look at existing softwares: Google result[^]

Talk to anyone known, involved with such application. Feedback from users would be best - will suggest/share what helps and needs to be there. Come up with a list of amust features. Go step wise, implement few and then try to add more.
