Mysql Service in Win7 Problem

hi, every body
i have problem in windows 7 with MySql , MySql service in windows 7 could not start normally and error happens in service starting with this message.
i had this service working in WinXp and there was no problem.

Windows could not start the MySql 5.0 service on local computer
Error 1067 : the process terminated unexpectedly.

I had the same problem with Vista. This is a MySQL bug. The value "asAdministrator" needs to be "requireAdministrator" in the manifest for MySQLInstanceConfig.exe see the link below to get an idea on how to fix it using resourcehacker[^].
