Its the browser behaviour and there is no easier way to control it.
You can control by using a custom code by not submitting the password field but using some hidden field.But this kind of custom code is not acceptable when security is the priority.

You can use different mechanism to increase the security of the application like
- Using Smart card authentication
- Two factor authentication
