I don't understand the meaning of the code and other codes due things not see it before when writing codes

You probably don't understand it because it's not "code". It's possibly a section from a configuration file. It certainly is not C++.

It is the ClassWizard file created by Visual Studio. This and the remaining files are part of an MFC project.
