Do you want to do something like this application?

May be not exactly. All I want to do is to have a password recognition system to allow to work on the software. Further there will be some voice commands to navigate between controls, tabs and generate events as required.

have you seen this application?

no I haven't because I am using XP servicepack2 as my OS.

Here is an aticle that does exactly that, but for WPF:

porting or adapting that for WinForms should be simple. You will also find much more results by just googling for "voice commands c#".
Enjoy coding!!
