VB2005 exporting to XL

Hi,

i am a novice coder but eager to learn... and struggling to export some values to XL using VB2005.

i am using a timer(1) and incrementing it and displaying this in a text box(1)
when the textbox value goes up i want it to put the value into column A and increment down the row as the value (time) goes up puting the displayed value in.

basically wanting to then expand and collect several textbox values over time and graph them against time.

if anyone can help me with some code to get me on the way or how to complete i would be so gratefull....
