How to set installation folder path to be specific

Hello...

In my set up and deployment Project , I want to set my installation folder path to be specific, means the set up will be installed according to my given path like

C:\Program Files\MyProgram

user can not change the location of installation path .

how can i do that ?

i am using VS2010, C# .net
