Hello Every Body:

How do I design a web page that looks aggressive ( I assume this means, looks good ). I am very confused about web design, so please help me learn about CSS, Flash, etc, for my site.

I suggest you buy some books and read them. If you want to know how to design web pages, how to make it look 'agrassive' ( whatever you mean by that ), how to create login pages, how to work with flash, you are NOT going to learn those things from a reply on a programming forum. Forums are good for specific questions not 'I have no idea about anything' questions.
