Not clear. If user allows or uses your network then only you can track.

I think if user use web browser then i check keys pressed but it's not optimal method

Solution 1

To get a website address and domain space. there are so many providers.

due to your requirements select the plan according to that like window,linux, webpage contains asp or aspx.
