How to add a modal dialog box in MOSS 2007

Hi everybody,

How can I add a modal dialog box in MOSS 2007. When a button in our page is clicked, the modal dialog has to be appeared and another web page is opened in it. Upon the submission of that modal popup, the modal popup is to be closed and the data filled in that web page is to be brought to our original web page and our page has to be refreshed. Please reply asap.
