I can`t build and run the apps in Code::Blocks IDE

When I click build and run the program show an error Message like this:
It seems that this project has not been built yet.
Do you want to build it now?
when I choose "no" the program is not Performs the code

What happens if you say "Yes", you want to build the code?

If I choose "yes" the "Build Log" Shows "Linking console executable: bin/Debug/hello world
/bin/sh: g++: not found"
note" I use ubuntu 10,04

The g++ compiler is not installed on your system.

Use 'sudo apt-get install build-essential' to install the essential build utilities including g++.
