e.g.

Key = "private key";

requestparameter = AES128Bit.encrypt(requestparameter, Key);

int keySize = 128;
string completeEncodedKey = "private key";
 
AES128Bit.Encrypt(requestString, completeEncodedKey, keySize);


This is what you need to use for encoding the parameters.
