afxControlbar42S what exactly is it?

afxControlbar42S what exactly is it? ive been studying docked windows for a while now, and i use the WinID program to find out the styles of dockwindows and the frames they use to dock, but i have yet to find this afxControlbar in the SDK. now 2/3 of the applications on my computer have this class, so i know its not active x or a DLL, so where does it come from? and when i try to create a REBAR in PB with createwindowex, setting the class to "Rebarclassname", the result fails. can anyone help. how do i create an afxControlbar42S and allow toolbars to dock and undock to it
