hello frnd
you try like that.

function addRow()
       {
           var count=$('#getcount').val();
           var row='<tr><td><input type="text" name="txtName['+count+']" class="frm required" /></td><td><input type="text" name="txtUName['+count+']" class="frm required email" /></td><td><input type="password" name="txtPass['+count+']" class="frm required" /></td> <td> <select name="usertype['+count+']"  class="selc" datasourceid="ObjectDataSource1" datatextfield="UserType" datavaluefield="ID"></select></td><td>&nbsp;</td></tr>';
           $('#myTable').innerHTML+=row;

           setcount(parseInt(count)+1);

       }
