Your question is really not very clear, but I'll take a crack at this one.
I think you may be talking about Simple Task Scheduling. If this is the case, this[^] article may be of some use to you.

I want code for i fix the run global.asax file for certain time. for that time should start the running global.asax file in our project.. how is it possible...???

Sorry, but that makes no sense whatsoever. Your global.asax file will run to handle certain generic events on your web application. As long as your web app is turned on, the global.asax file will handle those events. If you want to constrain the execution of actions in these handlers by time, then you could always add a if current time is between such and such then do this stuff type of logic into the handlers themselves.
