toolbox and properties window not working

I have installed visual studio 2008 on windows xp. Toolbox and properties window is enabled but not showing controls and properties. why this is happening?? 3 times I have uninstall that VS2008.. but every time I am facing same problem.. That setup is working on all other PCs..

I solve this problem myself.
I just import the visual studio settings from other pc where VS 2008 is working fine.
