Got an issue going on (Visual Basic) counter problem

I am not surprised it is unsolved.
I took a quick look, saw a huge mass of code, and closed teh window without trying to work out what your problem was, much less how to fix it.
Instead of just pointing us at your existing question, ask it properly here: Explain teh problem you are having, and show only the relevant code fragment - we do not want to wade through your entire app looking ofr what you are doing without even knowing what the app is supposed to do.
Oh, and don't stress the urgency - it may be urgent to you, but it isn't to us, and it can really annoy some people.
