Where can i find people to talk to get help?
like chat or something else

Try on Skype or Pal-talk.Friend of mine told me that, there are professors who teaches via Skype,Specially from India. Sorry I have know idea how u can meet those guys.

You best option would be to start with the obvious places;
1) Find online forums that are dedicated to sharepoint developers
2) Look for sharepoint developer communities/groups on Facebook
3) Look for sharepoint developer communities/groups on Google+

then you could start a chat or hangout with the member of those groups. or ask them if they know where to seek help.
