How to display the database field in textbox at tags format..

i want to enter my textbox in any data(Example enter 'm' means it display the tag for milk but this milk is stored in database at particular table).How to display the separate tag in enter letters 'a'or'b'....upto 'z'.It is possible... Advance thanks...
