Deploy referenced project config file

I have a solution with 2 projects, one references the other.
When I create deployment project for the main project, I had the referenced project exe only without its config file.
What I want is: either, to include referenced project config file in deployment folder, or to have a single common config file for all projects, with respect to be shared for all projects and I can bind connections to it in design time.
Please help me, I am in hurry. Thanks a lot.

You can have single config file for all, which is better approach.

More details please. I had a lot of search and I did not reach to any real solution.
