DataGridView doesn't support that at all: you will have to workaround to get it, or find a similar class that does.
I know DevExpress has such a control: Banded Grid Views | WinForms Controls | DevExpress Help[^] but you would have to pay them for that, or there are things like this: DataGridView – Stacked Header[^] which may help you get what you want.
