Hello! Sorry for my english...

When I worked with the Qt library, I saw that windows and forms were presented in XML format. When I run the program, the window that I created is displayed, everything is cool, but how does the XML layout turn into a window? What software is responsible for this? How do compilers and interpreters convert XML into windows and forms?

I'm so excited about this question...

What I have tried:

Googling... But in the Russian segment I didn't find anything...

Read explanation here: Using a Designer UI File in Your Application | Qt Designer Manual[^]

XML is not only used by Qt but also by Visual Studio in the form of XAML for WPF applications.
Read more about it here: Extensible Application Markup Language - Wikipedia[^]
What is XAML? - The complete WPF tutorial[^]
