I have created a plugin in outlook to send emails to multiple recipient and some validation check on recipient on basis of some criteria. So during email sending my plugin code access the recipients from outlook address list and add some metadata to email header. So i want to know the actual reason why it happens some time like a outlook popup message is open with above message mentioned in question.

What I have tried:

When i disabled it from outlook setting, it works fine.
