How to use select particular row in gridview and bind data in text box in another page.aspx??

in page: a.aspx
i want have a gridview with 4 columns: nam, surname and age and anothwer column that has a link button"details"
when i click this link i want to redirect to the page b.aspx
where i have 3 texbox and to fill this textboxes with tha value of the selected row in the grid view.

how to retrieve the row index? and to pass it page b.aspx??
