still you didnt share any information where we can find errors.
1. did you check update method works fine?
2. how datagridview and the datasource are binded? share the binding information.
3. has the query to update the database working fine?

please put the answers for these question to get a better answers.

After Inserting, bind database with null then again get data from database(using select statement) & bind gridview again.
