video conferencing in asp.net with c#

I am developing a website in which I want to include video conferencing. Using this users from different places should be able to interact using Web Camera. It may possible that at a time more than 2 users present in conference.
I don't have any knowledge about this
How can i do this in asp.net?
Is it possible?

I don't think its possible in asp.net.But its possible using silverlight 4.
