Hi, i am doing a program on video conferencing and would like to use vb.net as a tool. so would like to know how i can call a video in vb.net from the camera and then send it instantly to another computer, koz i will do it on a LAN environment.

Solution 1

Generally, you'd have a server that users log into, then from there, they can exchange IP addresses, and send the data to each other through the web from there.
