Hi

This Line returning exception when i have deployed application to other machine

C#

Microsoft.Office.Interop.Excel.Application xlApp= new Microsoft.Office.Interop.Excel.Application();

Exception: Object Reference not set to an instance

please help me .....

Can you confirm that you are having the Microsoft.Office.Interop.Excel assembly at your reference?

Yes i have install that using command prompt

Check if Microsoft Primary Interop Assemblies are installed on the other computer.
