Unable to connect Informix DB

I have installed Ibm Informix SDK 3.5 (32 Bit) on Windows 7 Professional 64 bit.

1) I can see IBM.DATA.Informix installed in GAC

2) When I execute this application, While debugging & connecting to the InformixDB it gives error saying "Could not load file or assembly 'IBM.Data.IfxTrace, Version=3.0.0.2, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=7c307b91aa13d208' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified."

Can any one please help me ASAP...
