Hi friends
I am new to network side i have developed an windows application in VS 2010 C# with sql server as backend

This application will be installed in different branch office machine which located in different state they will be having common sql database.
My question is :
Is it is possible to access database through VPS server which is available in hosting site

Note: My application is not a Web application its windows application

The short answer would be "yes", but "VPS server" is almost meaningless. It simply means that you have a virtual machine at hosting site. Everything depends on what you want to install on that machine and what to do with that.

Please don't tell us your problem is urgent. You should have prepared better, the point at which random strangers are your strategy for getting your job done, is the point at which you lost the right to give a time line.

As Sergey said, yes, if you have a VPN connection, that causes you to be able to participate in a remote network, then you can connect to database servers over it. I do that all the time. This question has nothing to do with C#, it has to do with your network set up. There is no way, based on your question, to know what other advice to give.
