What I have tried:

Problem when saving datain mvc5   "ex = {" An entity object can not be referenced by multiple instances of IEntityChangeTracker. "}

I tried but I couldn't find a solution to this problem ,please help.

We can't tell from the code you have posted, the problem lies elsewhere in your code. Google the error message and look at the things that commonly cause it and see if your code is doing any of those things.
