In the command prompt I used below comments. C:\WINDOWS\system32>cd C:\Windows\System32\Tool_VS2017 C:\Windows\System32\Tool_VS2017>CodeUpgrade.exe C:\inetpub\wwwroot\kadena2.0\WebApp.sln The Application could not be started. Do you want to view information about the issue? In my machine visual studio 2017, Framework version 4.6 and IIS 10. Please find the attached screenshot.
